Description​

I started a new game (no DLC) as the Aztecs, and the Noble Estate Privilege 'Triple Alliance' is generated. The only listed way to remove it is to complete a mission that the Aztecs do not have without the DLC.

Steps to reproduce​

Start new game with no DLC. Play as Aztec.
