Backing out of the Travel screen when Petitioning Liege counts as having gone to Petition your Liege

Description​

Booted up a new save and wondered if any other Royal Court decisions were also struggling with the travel mechanic since backing out of Paying Homage resulted in a bug. Went to petition Liege and backed out, and it counted as having gone through with the petition and putting the decision on cooldown. Unlike the paying homage bug, my character was still able to interact with other decisions and travel.

Steps to reproduce​

Start game as Sheikh Mu'awiyah ibn al-Qitt of al-Mariyyah. Before unpausing, go to the Petition Liege decision. Choose the Council Appointment option and click the Petition Liege button. On the travel screen, press the X button to back out of the travel screen. Afterwards, attempt to go back to the petition liege decision.
