In this graph the badboy cutoff is shown with time. There is not a real correlation between time and badboy cutoff, except that after 1789 it increase dramatically. Diplomatic skill badboycutofff bb_threshold = 30 + dip + (current year-1419)*0.06 Which calculates the bb_threshold within 3 BB points correctly.
