Barbarian countries loses their country names in savegames.

Hello, I have a savegame that i play for a couple of rounds. there are 3 Nations that barbarians has grounded. At first they have the names : Aramaea, Scenitae and Derrones. After a couple of turns (30 Years) they change their country names. Aramaea=Derrones , Scenitae= Trevirii , Derrones= Laietani. Why did they do that ? And how can I change the name Back ? Ive looking in the savegame (with notepad++) but ive found nothing about it. There is the same countries (B01-B03) also government, culture and religion are the same but the name has changed . Why ?
PLZ Help to change it back ....

I simply change then f.e. aramaea with derrones and so on and save. It has worked but really I dont know what have i done here. On what circumstances get a nation like B01 the name Aramea or the name Derrones ???
Can somebody from the devteam plz explain that ???
