A strange thing has happened with my mod most baronies work but some I have recently added will appear in the province if I click it but they can not be held by individual characters even with the cheats it will not show up in their titles. Anyone have any clue why this is?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It appears that when I add a barony to provinces they will not show up under de jure history either even if you can see them in the game.
Ya I did It never was an error just something about the game I didnt know.
