My Barons Marry after they are landed,other nobles outside our culture despite us having the Isolationist culture Tradition.

Steps to reproduce​

Play feudal, land barons. Im going to assume it is the new "ai offer betrothals" now and there is no decline modifier on barons and no malus for isolationist for accepting outside of culture while the tradition should do so.
