2560x1080 windowed mode buttons cut off at bottom of screen

Gtx 1070 / Win7x64
When playing in 2560x1080 resolution, windowed mode (on a 3440x1440 native display) some dialog confirmation buttons are cut off at the bottom of the screen. They are still clickable so this is a display issue only.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Set resolution to 2560x1080, windowed.
Play the coronation day mission and observe the UI buttons cut off on the bottom of the screen during dialogs.
