Game will not start up

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Every time I attempt to start the game from the icon, the game will give me an error that does not specify what is wrong. It simply says to submit an error report to here. I have tried redownloading the game a few times, tried verifying the game in steam, paradox launcher will not download the game, tried changing the API file in the plugin section, tried downloading the CCCP codec pack. Nothing has worked so far. I even tried changing to my surface pro 3 cause I suspected my computer specs to be to low, but it still did not work.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Clicked on icon to start game and only receive crash error.

I receive the same error, I can't recall the exact message and am reinstalling currently for the 5th time now to see if something will change

Did you clear your registry first? There are left over files after an uninstall.

I believe I did, I uninstalled from steam, and then uninstalled from my computer settings to be sure it get the full reinstallation.

its says "the game crashed. The crash report folder named "2018-04-24_0231642" next to game executable. It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!"

I have tried every trick i saw on the forums and steam. And have been at this for the past 12 hours

Many people are having the same problem I see at minimum 6-7 all talking about the same thing and this is threads, not the people who are commenting also having problems so that number could be 15-25. I'd of already refunded if i didn't have faith in paradox to talk with the devs and get this shit fixed.

Yeah I just posted a new bug report as well. I actually got a little further by disabling my onboard vid. My game is trying to use my onboard vid to render instead of my graphics card. I got music and startup logos and a curser and nothing else.
