One line summary of your issue
Monitors are not correctly mapped to resolution choices
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I've got 3 monitors, 1080p 1440p 1080p and I want the game on the middle monitor in fullscreen at 1440p.
Monitors are setup so the 1440p is on the first displayport output so it shows the bios on it at startup. It's also set to main monitor in Windows and according to windows they are numbered as the following: 2 1 3
Picking monitor "one" in video options shows a 1440p max resolution however if you press Ok at this point the game moves to the right monitor and is set to 1080p!?!??!?!
Okay lets see if monitor "three" is correct, but now there's no 1440p on this monitor, only 1080p. Pressing Ok now moves the game to the middle 1440p monitor but the resolution is 1080p.
Monitor "two" settings is the only one that work correctly, max 1080p and it goes to the correct monitor.
Monitor "one" and "three" have flipped locations and resolution values compared to nvidia and windows settings.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Above detailed issue should explain reproduction pretty well but it needs a specific setup of monitors.
