Persistant Mouse Over Description Window
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you mouse over certain elements on the administration displays, you get a window that pops up describing them item, like the star map, or one of the yellow feature terms in a descriptive text.
I've randomly experienced this open popup remaining following the mouse pointer around the screen. Clicking on the Options menu (load, save, quit, etc) cleared it.
