Save Game lost (not created?)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I saved the game once manually, once I choose 'save and quit'. The game crashed while quitting and I ended it.
Now there are no saves.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Beyond what I gave, I do not know.

Reappeared... Are the saves connected with my log-in onto my Paradox Account?

There was a tweet about missing saves some hours ago.
