One line summary of your issue
tutorial crash
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Upon reaching the first tutorial the game crashed. After my 2nd time of this happening Battletech just started going to a black screen upon opening and will do nothing more. Here are what I got from the files:

Steps to reproduce the issue
After it crashed I shut down the game, steam and all other programs. I then restarted steam and tried restarting battletech. It once again crashed as the 1st tutorial began. I have tried several times since but it does not even go past the intro screen anymore. Just black screen upon starting the game.
