Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After getting to the starting screen, I can’t seem to start a new campaign, continue, load skirmish or load heraldry when signing into my account. On each occasion, I get a black screen and spinning loading circle but nothing else. The only way to exit is via alt f4. In addition all my saves have disappeared.

I have tried restarting the game and verifying the cache but neither work

Greetings Mechwarrior,

While they log the bug on the back end did you try the following which have worked for some community members:

Set exe to run as administrator
Whitelist any and all game related programs with your antivirus.
Try changing res.
Try changing windowed mode.

I just got it to work by disabling the shadowhawk dlc. Perhaps there is a bug with it? Please pass this on to the devs
