There's no crash in that log. Was it taken just after one? If not, please trigger the crash again and them attach a new log. Thanks.

I note this machine has 8gb of memory which is the bare minimum to run the game at all. Increase your Windows paging file to at least 16gb preferably 32gb, and exit every other app you can before starting the game.

I increased the page file, turned all aspects of the game to a minimum and played in windowed mode. Tried playing with the master volume OFF or low. Also tried removing the Audio from the Game Folder/battletech_data/streaming assets/audio. in which I played with the master volume OFF or it halts in the deploy screen waiting for an audio queue.

I have the output_log.txt and a screenshot of the moment it crashes also showing memory use was under 6Gbs and nothing else was using ram on the PC. Also it isn't harddrive failure, nor lack of processing power.

*NEW INFO*:
I booted the game up, because I love it, and selected another mission, it loaded and it is working. I bumped up the graphics to ultra and sound ON again and so far so good. If only certain missions crash the game, what the fluff is going on?

We have seen other reports of this:
Trying to allocate: 18446744042721129396B with 16 alignment. MemoryLabel: TempOverflow
But so far only imn games started under the 1.8 patches. Is that the case with the affected campaign here, or was it started under 1.9 ?

The game was installed and I started playing this month. One week ago. Just a fresh new steam install and savegame on campaign mode.

Another thing I should address is that my roommate started playing the game as well about the same time as me, we have two save campaigns and on his save-file the mission that is bugging is a history mission making unable to continue playing the history.

I will attach the output_log.txt and his savegame as well.

Additional files I found that might be useful located on "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Harebrained Schemes\BATTLETECH\Crashes\Crash_2020-02-26_020325575".

1.9 was released last Friday, so less than a week ago - IOW you started this campaign under 1.8.1 .

I really hope that if you start a new campaign or career now you won't see this again!
