Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So, I'm suffering a weird glitch, and have been for the past six or so months. On the strategy-level screen (that is to say, around the Argo and even on the player creation screen) everything is shockingly pink. Bright pink. I've looked around online but found no real solutions for this issue, just some suggestions to get a better graphics card (I'm running a GTX 1060, which isn't bad, I'd think?) or add more RAM (I've got 16 gigs spare). This happened when I uninstalled some mods, but I've since gone through and deleted everything Battletech related some 3-4 times and reinstalled 4-5 times, and the problem persists regardless. Does anyone know what causes this, and how I can fix it?

To head off other questions:
I have done two fresh reinstalls of the game following Edmon's guide.
I have deleted the entire Battletech registry and reinstalled.
I have deleted every single file by Harebrained Studios and labelled Battletech on my computer, twice. (Somehow, my saved games persist?)
Steam Cloud Synchronization has been disabled for a long time.
I have verified my files, repeatedly.
I have even installed on both of my hard drives, just in case it was somehow drive related.
My drivers are up to date.
Messing with the Nvidia control panel, just switching everything off by one setting, has produced no changes.

I am at the end of my rope here. I've had this problem for at least six months, and probably more.
Have you tried verifying your files?
Yes

As you are running on Windows, why are you in openGL mode? Please remove that launch option and see if that helps.

A... good question, AndrewT. I didn't even realize -force-openGL was enabled. And, upon disabling it, it seems to work fine.

I probably should have asked for help earlier, huh?

Well, that solved my issue! Thank you!
