Game crash before launching, no crash report

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
For the last few days the game started to crash. Did not change any setting in the computer, the game, nor to steam. Due to other problems with my PC, and after cleanly resetting windows and all apps (steam included) i reinstalled battletech but faced the dame issue
CRASH: game crashes as soon as it is about to launch, does not even go into the developers opening credits, no cinematic, nothing. Does not seem to create any kind of crash report as far as i can tell. There is no notification of the crash, besides a small unity engine crash window that shows up for about 1 sec with a red exclamation point and a code that is impossible to read as it immediately disappears.
I have done multiple installations so far, i have verified the files integrity via steam and so far nothing works.
I had trouble running the game when i first bought it due to the graphics card but with your support and guidance it got fixed and became stable even when it got updated as far the 1.9.1 version.
i cannot supply you with bug reports so far, but if one is produced in the meanwhile i will submit as soon as available.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Clean install. update game to last version 1.9.1. launch verify integrity of game files ( no problem). launch game (either exe. or with steam). immediately crashes. Glimpse of Unity engine crash, no report file, no notification.
Attach DxDiag (PC), System Info log (Mac), or run sudo lshw -html > specs.html and uploaded specs.html (Linux)
