This is not a normal, or even possible, installation folder from the game. From where exactly did you get the game?

my harddrive broke ( not the inside computer one but a external one that you plug up) including steam which my stupid self downloaded on the drive instead of my computer, so i had to change a bunch of folders for games and names or whatever, so i open it using the exe file instead of steam, that might be the reason i guess, i moved the files over to a different address path in file explorer, could that possibly be the reason? so i can't play until i fix the harddrive?

i moved the files over to my computer when i noticed the connenter thing that the usb goes in was loose and then later the motherboard on it broke

nvm its fixed, somehow, its probably from renaming the files AGAIN ( i renamed it originally to what my friend named his he helped me when my drive messed up) but it took me about 10 hours of searching and trail and error with like over 10 different threads but someone said renaming helped them and it did
