One line summary of your issue
Infinite save game refreshing, date format and language are blank, cannot exit settings menu without closing game

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Load game just fine, at main menu is stuck at save game refreshing. in settings date format and language options are blank, and cannot go back to main screen resulting in me force closing the game. have verified files, done a clean install of steam and BattleTech, and tried allowing through firewall, as well as disabled firewall. have no mods, and have only played once before in multiplayer

Tried to attach output log, it's considered spam for some reason?
It's likely because your post count is low, and the forum thinks you might be a spam bot. Post in this thread three or four more times and then come back here to try and upload the output file.

fixed the spam mssg, however the output_log.txt seems to not be able to be added to the post. i try to attach it and it says changes were saved, however it doesn't seem to attach. should i copy paste the txt?

i just ended up zipping it and it worked

Almost certainly your antivirus app is getting in the way. Make sure battletech.exe is in all its exceptions lists.


The other possibility is OneDrive is not working properly, or you are offline.

It was the OneDrive, i ended up uninstalling it and the game worked immediately. Thx for your help!
