Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I might be trippin, but it seems the reputation gains/losses awarded at the end of any given Flashpoint do not seem to influence my actual reputation. I'm not referring to the rep gain/loss incurred on any particular mission/deployment, I'm referring specifically to the rep awarded during the end-of-FP "Chest" reward unlock sequence.

I completed Unwelcome Guests and raised my rep with Marik to 15 during the 2 deployments (correctly awarded) but I should have gained another 20 rep according to the "chest;" however, afterwards I was still at 15 (and unable to accept the 4 skull Marik missions in the same system.)

Has anyone else seen this?

Do a flashpoint. See if the rep changes after successful completion

Attach DxDiag (PC), System Info log (Mac), or run sudo lshw -html > specs.html and uploaded specs.html (Linux)

Attach Output Log
Windows: \Users\YourUserName\AppData\LocalLow\Harebrained Schemes\BATTLETECH\output_log.txt
Mac OS: Users >{name} > Library > Logs > Unity > Player.log
Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Harebrained Schemes/BATTLETECH/Player.log


If the game crashed, please attach the crash file with the time stamp closest to the crash.

Hi everyone,

I have started playing Battletech a few days ago, and i have a question that i don't find the answer.
It's posible to play with more than one Mech's Lance?
I have place for 16 battle Mechs and 16 pilots but i don't find the way to use more Mechs

For a variety of game mechanic and game design reasons, Players can only ever control a single Lance in Vanilla BATTLETECH.


However if you move away from Vanilla BATTLETECH and begin to use BATTLETECH Mods there are some Mods that permit control of more than a single Lance. But those Mods extend Game Play Times and begin to stress many aspects of the game, however some gamers find these Mods very fun and engaging.

As with so many in our Modding Community, @CWolfs has really put in one helluva lot of work on his BATTLETECH Mods. You should have a blast.

RogueTech also makes use of Cwolf’s Mission Control so if you want all the various additions and refinements to the BATTLETECH Experience that RogueTech brings, you can have more Lance’s there too.

However you decide, I hope you find all the Big and Stompy Fun you are looking for! :bow:

Hi, I noticed this for the first time yesterday, so it isn't just you. :) I'm on linux version 1.8.1-640R. I'll watch and see if it's consistent in the future.
 
Hi all, I did a flashpoint today (some spoilers follow for FP "Flattened Earth") and something is definitely screwy with the rep awards.

I have documented this with screenshots, there are six of them at 3440x1440 so you might not want to expand this if you are on a slow or costly internet connection.

First my rep with Liao was 69:

The "Flashpoint Complete" screen says -18:

My ending reputation with house Liao is 51:

So 69 to start, +10=79, -8=71, -8=63, -18=45. I should have 45. But in fact, I have 51, which is somehow off by 6. I don't get it.

I'll attach my before-Flashpoint (87ef62b2-a755-467b-9913-4825f7eec654.sav) and after-Flashpoint (a143753f-888a-465f-8071-3f8c8626209f.sav) save files, and Player.log (From the session during which I completed the Flashpoint) etc. I hope this helps.
