Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Ever since the latest patch with the addtional mechs, and the convoy fix, I cannot get the steam overlay to work, Shift+tab does not bring up the overlay, Nor does talking screenies by pressing f-12. I tried resetting the hotkeys, and running a verify and nothing seams to work.

I am having zero issues with any other aspects of the game, and the steam overlay works on every other game i have with no issues. Even Non steam games added in steam it is working.

this worked right before the patch as i take screen shots semi often, but right after the patch something broke.

Steps to reproduce the issue
no real steps to reproduce, as it just doesn't work at all. I have no idea what file could help solve this problem, so i don't know what file you would like me to upload outside of a DX_diag, which may or may not help.

Attach DxDiag (PC), System Info log (Mac), or run sudo lshw -html > specs.html and uploaded specs.html (Linux)

Attach Output Log
Windows: \Users\YourUserName\AppData\LocalLow\Harebrained Schemes\BATTLETECH\output_log.txt
Mac OS: Users >{name} > Library > Logs > Unity > Player.log
Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Harebrained Schemes/BATTLETECH/Player.log


If the game crashed, please attach the crash file with the time stamp closest to the crash.

I haven't seen other such reports, and it works for me.

Right click on BattleTech in your Steam library, properties. Is the overlay enabled there?

What if you revert to say 1.8.x as a test?
 
Thank you! The box some how got unchecked, no clue how i did it, perhaps a miss click when i was doing a verify which i do after a patch just to be safe. I feel silly now. Feel free to remove this "bug report" as it is more of a user error report <wink>


but thanks again, i made a few posts on steam and looked up some reasons why, no one directed me to that check-box so.. Kudos you rock!
