One line summary of your issue
Strange error text in mission payout screen

What platform are you running the game on?

GoG

What operating system do you use?
Windows 10 v1903
Which version of the game are you running?
1.9
What DLC do you have installed?
Flashpoint,
Urban Warfare,
Heavy Metal

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I completed a "Training Day" mission with 1 of the 3 trainees surviving. The mission required me to cap the base, destroy the turrets and take out the patrol. At the end of the mission under the "Eliminate Base Turrets" bonus item, I got the text below:

Contract payment increased by ERROR: resolving 'ToPercentString' on 0.1. Exception of type 'System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException' was thrown.

I tried attaching the necessary files below but not sure if it worked.
Have you tried verifying your files?
Yes

Steps to reproduce the issue
Not sure I can, Training Day mission for the Arano Restoration on Weldry. I dropped my main character with a lightly modded ARC-2R (upped armour, dropped LRMs to LRM15s), with the trainee lance being an Urbanmech, Panther, and a Commando. I have not yet done the Smithton Story mission.

I too got the same error after a Destroy Base mission. The error appeared for destroying the turrets, the garrison, and the reinforcement lance.
Thankfully no CTD and I did get the base contract payout, but not the bonuses.

Just updating with a screenshot. Running a completely clean install (used Edmon's clean uninstall process). I get the error in this image every time I complete a contract where you can get bonus funds, the multiplier never works. Steam Edition, Windows 10.

Yep, same situation here. Steam, Windows 10. Clean un-modded install of 1.9 and see this error every time I complete a contract with a bonus payout.

I got this same error after completing the event "Ventilation Trouble". I'm also playing vanilla install. No mods.

For those having trouble rolling back to version 1.8.1, and if you are on Steam, there are instructions for how to do this somewhere in the forum.

Short version:
If you go to Steam, and right click on the game title in the left hand bar, you get a list of selection. Choose 'Properties', and in the popup select the 'Betas' tab. On that tab choose the game version 1.8.1 under the drop down. Steam will reload the selected version of the game for you and keep it until you say differently.

I do all my steam games this way now. So, I don't have a saved game messed up by some poorly tested release and the invariable bugs.

You get the same error on a plain install for Windows in Steam doing the Campaign as well. Mine was bonus pay out for getting turrets .
