OK so we know that hardly any Grand Campaigns ever get finished in multiplayer, right?

Would anyone play (or would anyone CARE) about playing an occasional FUN and FAST but ahistorical "Enhanced Fantasia" scenario?

The pros and cons:

- Games are pretty much ahistorical

- Games play fast. Super fast. Zero slowdown. Super fast. Even on an old Pentium PC, the game will run very smoothly. Did I mention super fast?

- Fast games means games that have a GREAT chance of being completed.

- Everyone starts out more or less somewhat even. In Fanstias, Paradox even allows the "pagan" nations to convert freely to better religions, etc. Thus, it is more or less a level playing field for all. And most everyone starts out with the same number of provinces, etc.

- This is the kind of game you goof around with, because it's ahistorical and so you don't take it too seriously. The only goal is to have fun, and be able to play a FAST-playing scenario in a beer and pretzels atmosphere.

I will start working on it.... but before I spend considerable time, can I see who would actually be interested? I'm not saying that everyone will want to play this all the time, but just in case a few people are interested in occasional "light-hearted games".... maybe there is a reason this should exist?

thanks for any input
