Captured a ship, so my fleet had three, went to port to repair, went on patrol and engaged an enemy ship.

Boom, the ship I had captured previously opens fire on my flag ship. It also kept deciding to go somewhere other than where I told it, and wouln't fire (except on me) until I went into direct control mode.

Is this a known bug?

lol. this happened to me while playing Pirate Bay. I had just captured a 2nd frigate and added it to my fleet, went back to port and repaired, then sailed out of port and attacked an AI fleet. the battle loads, i paused immediatly so i could issue orders to the rest of my ships in RTS mode as i usually do, then switched back to flag ship and direct command. unpaused. all of my ships start turning towards the enemy, and my new frigate which was next to my flagship in the battle line, gives me a full broadside of chainshot point blank.
what the hell.

after that it happily sailed towards the enemy i had given it as a target, and attacked it, no further problems. i won the battle without loseing any ships so its not really a big deal. but still, cmon.
