I was playing as the Duchy of Leinster in 1066 and got brought into a war by an ally. Unfortunately for me, the target of the war was allied with Scotland and I ended up at war with Scotland.

During the war, my character died and his firstborn son inherited (I had changed the inheritance law). My new ruler was the Duke of the Western Isles and a vassal of the King of Scotland. So now I was a vassal of the King of Scotland and at war with the King of Scotland.

A few days later, the King of Scotland declared war on the King of Scotland.

A few days after that, he did it again.

By the time I was able to get a peace signed, Scotland had declared war on Scotland at least twelve times.
