Beta patch 3 feb 2005: Duchy of Gloucesther in the worng place

well pictures say more then words...
There is also another english duchy just south of this duchy.
I got better pics then this and also a savegame of it if there is anyone who want to have a better look.
Is this WAD or bug?

This is definitely WAD, AI Kings don't bother about history or geography when granting duchies. They can give any titles they hold to any vassal of theirs. This has been discussed elsewhere, see for instance:

Yes, much better.

I also agree that it is working as it should, as player is not bound to go by geography with duchies either, it's just an aesthetic thing, that can actually hinder you (less prestige) if you don't give out duchies because there is no count in the appropriate area.
