BETA PATCH v1.04b, help

Im having problem with the game freezing, so I installed the beta patch and got the right checksum.

But can no longer load any mods! The pre-load screen does not show up, it imediatley starts loading the gane. Help?

How can I go back to regular 1.04?

If you overwrite your real installation with the beta, then there's no magical "undo" that will recover the files you've overwritten. You'll need to uninstall the whole game, manually delete all files under the Steam CK2 directory (and I'd advise, under the MyDocuments CK2 directory), and reinstall 1.04b from Steam.

With betas you are best off to copy your proper installation elsewhere and apply the beta to that. I'll update the beta post accordingly, actually.

I applied the "old" 1.04 patch, and got the right checksum.

So I presume it is ok...
