Beta reward missing

Hi

I was in the Dungeonland beta, so got the free hat (free hat from prison now!), and I activated the code on steam, but when I customize my character, there is nothing but the default in the "hat" box.

Any ideas?

Just finished downloading the game and I'm having the same problem.
Already activated the key on Steam, and the hat appears on my DLC list as Beta Bonus, but I can't use it ingame.

Same goes for the Grimoire DLC. Doesn't appear ingame at all.

Same for me with the Grimoire pack. Steam lists me as having it, but in-game, it is nowhere to be found.

From what i understand it's going to be DLC like the torchlight2 and borderlands 2 preorder, we'll get the DLC for free when it comes out, but w still have to wait for it to come out
