Betrothal forever-even my own kids&courtiers-no notification of marriage

Description​

Any betrothal made(so pre marriage age) is a neverending betrothal and i get no notification that these people can marry, this includes everyone including my heirs. Its possible to Arrange the marriage a new,but it is bugged too and has a cooldown and wont allow me sometimes.

Steps to reproduce​

Arrange betrothals? i play tribal,custom underage(14yo) character. (norse 867) - it started with the very first character so.

I had a similar problem with 3 out of 5 of my landed sons. They would be stuck in their betrothal and I had to break the betrothal (paying prestige + incurring opinion loss) and newly arrange the marriage for it to actually take place.
I like to play with a large landed dynasty and a lot of matchmaking, so this is an obstacle.

In the example from the image tried to click on my son, his betrothed, her liege and find a way to seal the marriage, but none showed up, only the normal "arrange marriage" tab and they both were not available in there.

Same problem.
I had my daughter heir bethroated until age 41 with 30-something mate, hadn't I ckecked her she wouldn't have produced her own heir, ebcause the marriage wasn't done automatically as it was done pre-1.9.
