Summary

Betrothals, even without new T&T DLC, stopped working properly after Lance update

Description

I betrothed myself to a 10 or 11 year old daughter of a ruler in Scandinavia to get the strongest alliance I could at the start of the game as a count under Bjorn 'Ironside'. I got myself some concubines to start having children before my betrothed came of age. When my betrothed finally came of age, I didn't get any notification about being able to get married to my betrothed, and I couldn't find any way to initiate the process myself without that notification. 3 years have passed since then and she is now 19, and I still haven't gotten any notifications. She is still in her father's court, her father is still an independent ruler, she has never been imprisoned, etc. so there is no reason for why she should be in a position to not be able to get married yet.

Steps to reproduce

1) Had all DLC activated except for those from Chapter 2
2) Started a new custom ruler game in 867 as the count of Halsingland, a vassal of Bjorn 'Ironside'.
3) Got betrothed to a 10-11 year old girl to get an alliance with the ruler of Jamtaland.
4) Did some things like win some wars, raid, marry off some courtiers, get some concubines, petition liege, and go on a hunt initiated by a fellow vassal while waiting for my betrothed to come of age.
5) When betrothed came of age, no marriage notification popped up. Even after waiting several years, there were still no notifications to be able to get married.

Noticing the same issue. Sometimes you can get around the problem by rightclicking the spouse-to-be in another court and using the "Arrange Marriage" option, which will correctly offer you the fulfillment of the betrothal.

I had the same bug and was able to use that solution once, but now my son and heir is meant to marry a duchess even that solution isnt working. Reloading game didnt help either

This works for me about 80% of the time. Sometimes the option will be greyed out, and if I hover over it I get a popup saying it's not available until a specific date. I guess they're traveling or at an event then? The really weird ones though are where the option isn't there at all, or when it's greyed out with no explanation.
