Daywalker's old BP AI site is down, sadly. Are there any good AI mods for vanilla remaining? Can I use AGCEEP AI in Vanilla, also?

AGCEEP AI since 1.41 is not suited for vanilla (and used BPAI before). Maybe you can adapt but I'm not sure result will be very good.

No for BPAI but yes, of course, for old AGCEEP versions and last AGCEEP version that used BPAI was 1.40 but BP AI was already tweaked to fit AGCEEP.

Why not use EP instead? AI can be a real challenge there, and the French and spanish (and th OE, Mughals and russia) gan give most players a run for their money if you don't cripple them in the early game.
