Big blue pixels of doom.

I know that im running pretty short on my computer but since the game starts Ok and loads Ok... i hope there could be a solution here.

Ive already tried to solve this issue using the steam cache trick, the unninstall / install old technic (on both, game and steam), running it as administrator, etc.

The one case of this I've seen had a 5 year old video driver. I haven't heard back whether it helped, but look into that I'd suggest. Get the latest from the AMD site, nowhere else.
