Big - Small pipe Bug water flow

Dear Paradox
All tipe of Pipe are broken in this moment. Water fill of pipe take more than 2 day of game time. When you press "Fast time travel" pipe is filled in 10 min of game time!!!!!
I try it also in old saved game and this nonsence is everywhere.

Me? I have no idea, I'm sorry. I don't play this game and was not involved in its development. I was hoping one of the gameplay experts could look into your save and see what's wrong.

But perhaps with PA 2 announced, they aren't dropping in here like they used to.
