I open the game and I see a messege:bing error error opening file.then it opening the game and I cant see no scenarios its empty no missions why?

It's a weird bug.
Are you sure it was "bing error" not "Bink error"?
If it was "Bink error", try removing/renaming "avi" folder according to this solution:

If it doesn't work, have you tried copying folder with game and puting it on Desktop? Game being in Program Files caused issues to some people.
