Would it be a good idea to add something like a checkbox to the fleet manager when using bio-ships to enable reinforcements being build as juveniles instead of expensive adults? I feel like recovering after a war is expensive if you dont manually change fleet composition to account for this or tedious if you do.

Another thing related to this, and I don't know if it's a bug or not. But juvenile ships have smaller naval cap use, and as they grow up you can go above your naval cap, there's no warning for this and I'm not sure it should even be like that. It's very hard to plan for.

If it's by design then perhaps some rework for the UI could be done to show you where you will end up.

On the topic itself, it's a good idea.

On this, it should be a policy setting.
