Bishop wears rags instead of bishop clothes

Description​

In one of my own games, I entered the king of England's court and there I saw the Archbishop wearing rags.
My theory is that it may be linked to the fact that the character is a Peasant Leader. Notwithstanding his past, he is now an Archbishop, so he should wear their clothes.

Steps to reproduce​

I don't know how it came to be.

I have a wife with Peasant leader trait, even if she is Duchess, she have ugly rags via default clothes.
