Playing as Germany (1.06)....
1) Finland wasn't at war with Russia, nor in an alliance with Germany, yet the bitter peace event hands them a bunch of land when Germany accepts the Russian peace terms.
They don't deserve it and will now face the wrath of the german army.
2) The Bitter Peace event trapped a whole punch of German units in Russian territory. I could not move them or strat deploy them out. I needed to get military access to remove them.
