bizarre happenings in holland

hope someone can help, i've put this into bugs cos it seems like a bug...
i've played the grand campaign as holland up to 1890 on revolutions. in europe i control belgium and luxemburg, as well as holland. the event for luxemburgan independance has occured, however when this happened almost all my armies in belgium and holland (as well as the division in luxemburg) have turned into luxemburg's troops, leaving me with almost no men, just empty division names which can move around, but have no men and cannot be reinforced. just wondering if anyone knows why this has occured, and if i can change it, becasue i really dont want to have to build up my armies again, and i cant even annex luxemburg back as i was intending to. thanks

when a nation is created any troops that share that nation's national culture will become troops of that new nation.

That being said, not sure why all your troops are converting to Luxembourg units unless they are all of either north_german or french in culture, as LUX has those as its national cultures, not dutch or flemish.

ah, i believe a fair proportion of my armies are french. thnaks for the help, i might have to do a little meddling as thats so unfair.
