Blacksmith gives Grand Tournament Duel discount of 10% rather than 50%

Description​

The description in the text of the Blacksmith line of buildings says that staging a Grand Tournament in a holding with a Blacksmith should give a Duel event a 50% discount. Instead, a Blacksmith applies a 10% discount. See the two attached screenshots.

Steps to reproduce​

Load game, plan a Grand Tournament, see the prices for a Duel in a location with a Blacksmith.

This has been in review for a while and I just wanted to check whether it was a bug (and it was giving the wrong discount value), or whether it was working as intended (and the text was incorrect). It seemed more like a straightforward bug since other buildings give 50% off specific events. If anything was unclear on my part, please let me know.
