Description​

When creating a Custom Nation in the province of Zacatecas, the Ideas of DIP - "Marines" ; MIL - "Carolus Rex Hymn", "Toss a Coin to your Hussar" are blank and appear to have no impact.

Steps to reproduce​

Create a Custom Nation
Select province of Zacatecas
Tab over to Ideas
Review the Diplo tab
Scroll down to Marines

Review the Military tab
Scroll down to Carolus Rex Hymn
Scroll down to Toss a Coin to your Hussar
