Blank Map

I've been looking for a blank Vicki map for an AAR. The blank maps on the VickiWicki are useless for this purpose as the shaded slour on them means that if I try to fill a province with a colour only a few pixels are filled. What I would be looking for would be a Vicki Map which was blank with a white background, no other colours but white and black (Sea would be ok too).

Does anyone know where I coudl find one?
