Blood feuds, rivals and duels

I have a question. I've got a plan to avenge myself on an enemy who took a High Lordship from me, but I would ask for some info first.

Is there a way to create a blood feud with another House on purpose and if so can I spam duels against that House's members? Right now I am really pissed at them and would like to apply a "mace to the face" approach. And it kind of works better for me to decimate them this way rather than sneak around with daggers and poisons...and I can't afford a Faceless Man.
