On the normal terrain map view the background is just blue (in fact water as you can see the waves). I did a very recent download from Steam of the gold pack. I also had a look through the boards a few days ago and someone else was saying this as well. Anyone else getting this??
All the other map modes are fine and I always played EU3 on political map 90% of the time anyway so it doesn't make a big difference. Would just be nice to work out defence terrain bonuses.
