I dont know already mentioned (unable to do a search for "prov 50), but there is an arabic-shiite pop in the north sea (prov 50 in luristan-arabshiite.csv). Should changed to 1450?

There is also an african-minor pop in the atlantic near the island of ascuncion (sp?) (prov 2149 in namibia4.csv). Should changed to 2491?

Maybe this belongs into the bug-section, too?

If you haven't been using any mods (POP mod, VIP etc.) and whether you are using 1.03 and this problem occurs, then it belongs to the bug forum.
