Bohemia Personal Union Dissolving

Description​

I believe this is due to the elective monarchy reform in Bohemia, but had the opportunity to contest a Bohemian Personal Union, and when I enforce they immediately elect a new ruler, dissolving the union. I assume this is not intended.

Steps to reproduce​

Attempt to enforce a union over a Bohemia with the Bohemian Elective Monarchy reform.
