Bought several DLC's not showing up in-game on Xbox One

Just bought a couple of DLC's that are saying "installed" at the main menu, (University, European Surbubia and Pearls from the East), but aren't showing up when I'm playing a new game. Also have Green Cities DLC but this one works fine.

Just wondering if anyone else had the same issue. Kind of frustrating since I just bought them. Can't seem to find anything related to the DLC's once I'm passed the main menu.

Any help please ?

If they show as installed in the main game menu they really have to be in the game itself.

How are you determining they are there or not?

I can't find any of the new add-ons when I'm building the city. The new features included in European Surbubia, University and Pearls from the East don't show up anywhere. But Green Cities shows up. Like the DLC called University should include several new buildings related to Education but I can't find them.

Did you start a game with the Unlock all Milestones cheat/mod enabled, in case they are locked behind progress milestones?

European Surbubia is a district style, so you need to create a district and select European Surbubia for those buildings to show up, Campus replaces the university that comes with the base game and Campus buildings are unlocked at the same milestone as the base game university. Pearls from the East are unique buildings so will be found in the unique building tab. perhaps, as Andrew says, you just haven't progressed far enough in game for the buildings to unlock.

Tried everything you wrote. Reached every milestone but can't see any of the new DLC's besides Green Cities. They still show as Installed and owned, but don't show in the game. Kinda sucks since i just paid for them

When you go to create a new city on a new map, there's a scroll along the top of all the expansions. Is Campus there as locked or unlocked? If unlocked it will certainly be available in the game.

This has nothing to do with ingame stuff and i'm surprised mods on this forum haven't suggested you a proper solution yet because this issue has been brought up so many times before.
If you're on PS4 try this

Go to PS4 Settings

Go to Account Management

Go to Restore Licences

Try reinstalling that DLC specifically and if that doesn't work try clearing the system cache through the Xbox settings.
