Hello, I bought the Crusader Kings III Royal Edition Launch on February 24, and today I bought the Crusader Kings III, can I somehow request a refund?

IF you bought the base game on Steam you can refund it for to weeks having played max 2 hours.
I don't know if you can still refund it on Steam if you bought it elsewhere, but would guess that it's possible.

I think you should clarify in your post in the CK3 tech support forum where you bought both
and if you want to refund everything or just one of the two.
