Brigade display problem

I developed a problem with my ARMA install (unknown strings wanted all over). I had a clean install of doomsday also, so I copied the graphics changes I had installed on the ARMA copy over to the Doomsday copy. Upon starting the game to see if I had gotton all the changes I saw this...




I point your attention to the brigade of the lower most INF division.
I clicked on his details and he infact has an ENG brigade as opposed to the naval AA and Radar he is displaying. Can somebody pleae direct me to which files are at fault and how I could go about fixing them.

(also, this pic takes a long time to load on my comp, sorry, is it because I used bmp? what file type is better top use?)

Some of the Armageddon graphics files are incompatible with Doomsday due to the use of naval radar, ASW, etc. I have experienced this same problem while experimenting with the compatibility of the files between versions. This is just the game's way of showing you that you can't do that. Try reinstalling a plain copy of DD without the files from Armageddon and repost back and tell me if that worked. Also, as a footnote, use .jpeg format and compress it in a zipped folder. That will make uploading it and viewing it much faster for those of us with 56k internet. (Me.)
