whenever i start up a game that isnt HoI2 that has weird gamma settings (like FPS), those settings become the default for HoI2 unless i restart my computer. Its very strange, and rather annoying. Basically what happens is HoI2 works normally, but if load up a FPS where i have my gamma cranked up so i can see on dark maps, this high gamma becomes the default for HoI2. This might not seem like a problem, but HoI2 becomes so bright that i literally cannot see anything on the screen on the light colored nations, and on things like the movement/attack bars you cant see the progress of your units movement. Seeing how i cant seem to find a gamma setting on HoI2, its kind of annoying, and the only way to fix is a restart.

You need to be posting in the the forums for the games that do not reset the Gamma values back to normal. Really THis is not in Paradox control. The other games you are playing are not reseting properly.

Best thing you can do is reboot after playing those games or before playing HOI2. Sorry.
