Description​

I was playing as the EIC, and Britain had a proletarian revolt. I ignored it, and the revolt was able to win against my overlord, which had become Greater Manchester. Britain instantly annexed both EIC and Hudson's bay

Steps to reproduce​

1. Britain has a revolt
2. Lose the revolt
save file is right before the war is lost
