Brittish Mission: Control State Religion

I was recently trying to complete the English mission tree when I found this mission:

• Completed Mission War of the Roses
• Is NOT the Age of Discovery
• One of the following must be true: Great Britain is Not Catholic OR Have the modifier Counter-Reformation

It is now the Age of Absolutism and I forgot to enact the counter-reformation, and hence I can not complete the English missions. I must now restart my entire game to get this achievement.

I propose the following change:
For the last condition, add a third line:

• Great Britain is Not Catholic
• Have the modifier Counter-Reformation
• Is the Age of Absolutism AND have 100% religious unity

Would that mean that the Mughal mission to give provinces to the Rajputs is also bugged? On the grounds that it's only possible if you actually have enough Hindu provinces in the right region, and if they've already been converted to Islam then there isn't a whole lot you can do outside of gamey nonsense with deliberately inciting revolts.

Just embrace the reformation. What's the problem? Papism is overrated anyway
